Mold set analysis

Open a STEP file, get a plate list.

The part of the app you will not find elsewhere: the mold set is read out of the geometry, not measured by hand.

Open the STEP file

The file is opened on the device. Nothing is uploaded, no account is needed, and no copy of your part leaves the phone.

The part is analyzed

Overall dimensions and projected area are read from the geometry. You set material, cavity count, cavity pressure, and production volume — the inputs that are yours to decide.

Mold set and plate list

The app suggests mold set dimensions and a plate list with materials, then totals the steel and groups it as an order list. Export the plate list as TXT.

Offline is the position

Most calculation and analysis tools need a connection. This one is finished before it would ever ask for one — no account, no upload, no network.
Shop floor
Works on a closed network. The app runs where there is no signal and no guest Wi-Fi — the same result at the machine as at the desk.
Your files
The STEP file stays on the device. Customer geometry is not sent to a server, because there is no server.
